Prep and paint interior main living areas (walls and ceilings). This includes kitchen, meals/family, dining, lounge, entry and hallway. Refer to the attached floor plan (equates to about 70 square meters). We will supply the paint (Dulux). It is a new colour, but currently all a beige colour except one blue wall. All walls to be painted the same white colour (probably Casper White Quarter) and I assume we’ll need 2 coats. The house will be empty and floors will be replaced after painting has been completed. We haven’t got the keys yet but the Building inspection identified the following: - Typical minor appearance cracking along cornices in some areas. - Minor appearance wall cracking evident in dining room above the corner window and some other areas. - Evidence of serviceability cracking to ceiling in entry.
