I need your help to remove flaky /old paint from these cornices and ceiling wall in my bathroom. They are quite stubborn and I have tried to remove them myself using Polystrippa Paint Stripper however only some comes off. The area is about 3m2. You need to be experienced / semi profressional painter/ paint stripper as the details on these cornices are quite intricate and require a lot of patience and experience. Some equipment like a metal brush /scrapper provided. However you would need to bring your own paint stripper and other safety equipment. There is some mould in the ceilings so it is important that you wear and bring a mask when removing the paint so you don't breathe in the fumes.

Cracks have developed on the walls at my property in Newport and I would like these filled with an appropriate filler. The cracks are primarily in the kitchen and run along the corner of one wall and into the ceiling. I am not 100% certain but I think the walls are made from concrete.
