I need your help to remove flaky /old paint from these cornices and ceiling wall in my bathroom. They are quite stubborn and I have tried to remove them myself using Polystrippa Paint Stripper however only some comes off. The area is about 3m2. You need to be experienced / semi profressional painter/ paint stripper as the details on these cornices are quite intricate and require a lot of patience and experience. Some equipment like a metal brush /scrapper provided. However you would need to bring your own paint stripper and other safety equipment. There is some mould in the ceilings so it is important that you wear and bring a mask when removing the paint so you don't breathe in the fumes.

Some cement sheeting has fallen in the entry of my factory. I need it screwed back up—I've still got the original pieces—then patched and painted. It's not a very big area. I do have some paint, but it's not the exact colour match. I need it done today, ASAP. Thank you.
