An apartment in a retirement village needs a full paint. All ceilings, walls, doors and skirting to be painted. Doors will need primer coat before final coat. At least 2 coats required. Unit has one bedroom, one living area, one kitchen, one laundry and bathroom plus hallway.

Ceiling and molding has some discoloration. Needs to be painted white with water based paint. One wall (masonry/plaster?) needs to have holes patched and painted.

Will supply paint, tools and materials including ladder to work with. I have painted already but needs further coats and to fill in areas that have been missed. I require someone good at patching up holes in walls and doing touch up painting around a house. We have to leave our rental home and it needs to have clear walls before we exit.
