Ceiling height is 2650. Most of ceiling has 2 coats of paint with some recent renovations meaning plaster patchwork was required on ceiling. Same with cornice. Most cornice 55mm, some 90mm in cove style.

The walls in bedroom one are damaged from soot (using too many candles). Have found magic eraser & Krud Cleaner/ Tricleanium from Bunnings do the trick in removing the stains (see last picture for reference). As I am injured I cannot complete the whole room on my own so need someone to get the walls clean before 4:30pm! All four walls are exposed brick. 1 coat of primer + 2 coats of white (I will supply paint) Ceiling to be included, one coat ceiling white (I will supply) Room will be completed cleared out of all furniture and window furnishings. Note that as it is brick walls it will take time to paint in between the bricks. Also the wall height is greater than normal (See photo). May suit spray painting rather than brush and roller. Let me know your thoughts. Your quote should include supply of all tools - brushes / rollers / paint guns / ground covers / tape etc. More work available if this job is done well.
