The paint and area has now moulded and I’d like to help him sand it back and paint it with mould paint. The area is quite small and tight (approx 4m x 2m) with an inbuilt shower, sink, washing machine and toilet that can’t be moved. But a ladder will fit. Looking for a kind person to help sand back all the paint so a fresh coat can be applied either by me or you. Budget is tight as he’s a pensioner. The job involves the following: (a) Two coats of ceiling white on ceiling; (b) two coats of paint on walls (there are 3 and a bit walls as there is a large built in wardrobe on one wall that does not require paintings (c) paint skirting boards and wall, window and door trims - this needs one coat of undercoat and two coats of white semi-gloss. I expect most of the work will be involved in these trims and doors. There is a door to the bedroom and then on the other side of the room doors going out to a sunroom. I have all of the paints. There is a bit of staining on the ceiling but I will paint zinsser over that today. If you want you can start the job late this afternoon and finish on Sunday.
