Painter to roll a living room ceiling - assessment attendance

I had my ceiling painted 2 weeks ago and water marks have come through again a bit. Roof fixed now so need ceiling painted urgently in 2 different rooms but I am hoping to only paint over the water marks as they are only slight. I do need to ensure that the ceiling is painted well and as we are hopefully patching it blends in with the existing paint work,

Accidently put my foot through the plasterboard in the ceiling when accessing my roofspace. Need someone with plastering experience to patch it, sand it and repaint.
