Translation: mask the windows with tape and painter's plastic and not make marks over the walls like my offsider did. I can supply the tape and plastic if required.

Need to complete unfinished painting job on litchen

Recently noticed small patch of Mould appear on ceiling. Would like it to removed and treated ASAP. Also if possible to identify and treat what is causing it. Pictures attached.

We need 2 small porch ceilings painted. It’s been a very long time since they were painted. There is concrete under the paint (we are in a ground floor unit). There is some peeling/bubbling as shown in pics. A ceiling fan was recently installed on one porch and the holes need to be patched there. Porches are 3.3x1.5 and 2.3x1.5. Also there’s some minor peeling in various places inside the unit see pics. I’d like these patched up too. Plus there’s a small section of metal door jamb near the floor in the laundry that was painted over without rust being removed first. See pics, this also requires attention. Thanks.
