Painting Service required for downstairs of house + bathroom ceiling trim. It's more of a touch up job renovation, as you can see from the photos. Scope of works: - Living room (pictured) - cupboard doors (pictured) - Half of kitchen - Hallway - Ceiling trim in bathrooms (pictured)

We have patches of tiny black mould on the ceiling in our ensuite bathroom. I’d like the mould removed and then the ceiling repainted with anti-mould paint. There is driveway parking. Ideally it would be done asap on a weekend or afternoon / evening.

We had a painter in who did the ceilings and walls but didn't paint the doors, door frames, skirting or window frames. The built in wardrobe also needs to be painted (externally) and would like a separate quote for this work. We have the paint but will need the areas prepped and painted. See attached floorplan for the house. More photos available but not able to upload as reached max number. We are moving in on Tuesday.

I have three spots where I have taken hooks off and it has resulted in this paint chipping off slightly.

My ceiling recently damaged by water, when I scrape out the falling paint, revealed the panel looks like cement fibre (don’t know whether it is asbestos containing or not) the board has hollow dull sound. For safety reason, I only repainted the ceiling at the moment. Hence need a professional plaster to skim coat this part of my ceiling the dimensions approx or less than 100cm x 140cm, and does not require to sand any part as for safety concerns.

Paint bathroom - 1900 x 1600 (approx.) size. Slightly awkward space. Requires VERY good priming and several coats of paint and quite a bit of patching. Bath likely needs to have silicone surrounding (has been waterproofed already). Window to have frame painted black. And spray paint old tapware. Quote to include paint & materials etc. See photos. Additionally kitchen window area - approx 1600 wide - requires scraping to tidy edges (poor job done previously) and then 1 coat paint & 1 varnish (these items will be provided). - Due date: Before Wednesday, 14 February 2024
