Please note that the washing machine and dryer in the photos will be in case in a cupboard that will reach the roof so the ceiling area which has the manhole will be covered by this cupboard. Update : The timber architraves, windowsills, windows and doors will all need to be painted as well with an oil based paint.

The preference is to use a full gloss paint on the trim, skirting doors and architraves. The colour of all paint applied specified is Vivid White.
