Need some walls painted and a bit of plastering

2 storey small queenslander cottage needs internal clean of walls, windows, and ceilings. Surface mould involved upstairs as shown in pictures. Ceilings are 10ft high (3m) so may need extendable tools or ladders. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms, living room, 3m hallway, bathroom and toilet rooms most of which have some surface mould. Downstairs garage walls, windows and ceilings are grubby only, no mould. Can send more photos. Prefer removal of mould with sugar soap as advised by painter, rather than bleach based products. We can supply the sugar soap. Would prefer a team to blitz it. Tenants can vacate while clean being done. Cheers.
