House is partially furnished so won’t need to move much around, but there are wall fixings (e.g curtains and AC) that will need to be accounted for. Can provide some painting materials, such as a drop sheet, paint tray and frog tape but ideally the person comes with own tools. Have flexibility with day and time for it to be done.
