Painting the whole 2 bedroom includes celling and cupboard

I painted my timber fence on the weekend (woodland grey) but in my haste to beat the rain, I ended up not being careful enough against a painted white wall. I have tried sanding it today and using a little (tiny) bit of turps and stripper but just made it worse. Looking for someone to please either: A - remove woodland grey paint from white wall (without damaging white paint underneath) B- if not able to remove the woodland grey without affecting the white underneath, be able to paint surrounding area as close to the existing paint as possible. The wall is a two story wall, and I am only requiring the area around the fence to be fixed, hence needing a superhero to be able to help as best as possible. And: - remove paint from the metal pole in the picture as well. The area needing to be fixed sits on composite decking so looking for someone who is extra careful with their work and has all the necessary protective gear (tapes, tarp etc) to ensure the fence and the decking is protected. Need done today!! Sand back and paint a half wall. Cat had scratched through the gyprock which has been filled with putty. Only a small section needs to be painted. I can go get the paint, but I need someone with the proper sanding tool. Thank you! Can only pay in cash so please don’t send offers only questions and we will go from there.
