Room 1: 3 m x 3.9m and Roo2: 3.7m × 3.9m. Ceiling height: 2.4 m I just need them to be painted to get the house ready for sale. Just walls and ceilings (we don't want to get the inside and doors of wardrobes, windows and entrance doors painted). The colour is white. There is a small damage on the wall in each room that caused by door handles. I wanted this task to be done by 15th of June. The price includes the paint that should be prepared with painter. We are located in Jamboree Heights Qld 4074

Ceiling needs to be sanded and finish coated, Hardie board walls need to be completed and set ready for paint. Job is ready now. plaster supplied, sanding equitment will need to be supplied by you. Happy to also work out an hourly rate if this works better. There can be contiunuation of work if you are handy on the tools to complete other tasks around the building.
