1. Painting of the lower level- living area, kitchen and laundry area 2. Painting of the stairwell 3. Fix and repair Back doors and access panel hatch

I need someone experienced in patching and repairing plaster/drywall to fix 3–4 holes in my wall. The holes are from wall mounts and general wear. Work should include: • Patching the holes properly • Sanding to a smooth finish • Preparing the surface and painting it

I need painting on celling and walls

I tried fixing up a small area of damage on my wall, but it doesn’t look good. I am seeking someone to (1) patch and sand down a small section of my bedroom wall, and then (2) re-paint the wall. I do not require colour matching as I have details of the paint. I am flexible with timings, just need this task to be completed to a high standard so I can pass the final rental inspection.

Paint came off with the hook on wall. Needs a patch, it’s a small spot around 10mm in radius.
