Eaves are flaking and need to be scraped and re painted. Just for the front of the house. Quick scan suggests total area of 20m squared including undercover area next to front door. Future brick rendering will take place so you don’t need to take precaution around the brick wall. Some have suggested to me that the eaves may be asbestos so please do inspect first - not sure if this is true or even a thing that was done. Old 70s house. Our current front door has laminate coming loose at the bottom. We'd like to have the door sanded and painted. Friday 17 February we're available at home.

Paint modular exterior wall (both sides) around pool as shown in pics. Wall has been previously painted but has become faded so needs a re coat of a similar colour. Wall measurements is 10m x 7.5m.
