Eaves are flaking and need to be scraped and re painted. Just for the front of the house. Quick scan suggests total area of 20m squared including undercover area next to front door. Future brick rendering will take place so you don’t need to take precaution around the brick wall. Some have suggested to me that the eaves may be asbestos so please do inspect first - not sure if this is true or even a thing that was done. Old 70s house. I have a kitchen area that needs to have the ceiling painted as well as a bulkhead. I will supply the paint but you will need to supply everything else. The kitchen area is approx 7m X 5m, and the bulkhead is approx 5m long. I have patched the ceiling in a couple of places and have already undercoated the fresh plaster. Thanks
