We stained kitchen today using Feast Watson proof tint in walnut Sample was inside of door as per photo but painter did it today and way too dark Requires sand back and apply alternate colour or diluted version of same incl sealer/clearcoat

We are moving house and we need to repair the walls with chips and white paint. The wooden skirting needs to be repaired as it was chewed by my dog.

Need a rectangular opening to be plastered up and sanded. No painting

Exterior surface cleaning (not at height). Essentially an exterior detail of the house so it looks sharp for a sale process. No gardening required we have gardeners but garden cleanup. Cleaning outdoor furniture and cushions including scrubbing or pressure cleaning. Exterior window clean ground level. Small timber repairs and touch up. A list will be supplied. Estimate a weeks work but could be two. Note budget listed is for 2 weeks of work. We replaced a toilet in the powder room and have 1 exposed hole where a pipe used to be and 2 small holes where the old system used to be.
