Painting small bedroom, living room wall, one stair well wall and laundry. Minimal prep required.

Prep walls. Sanding. Gap filling and Painting (min 2 coats). Stairwell - touch ups. Hallway new boards. Room complete prep and paint. Bathrooms complete prep and paint. Walk in robe. Complete prep and paint. Clean and fresh coat in kitchen. Touch ups. Realistically done to high standard will take 5 days. Paint and gap filler supplied. Don't have a decent sander.

External house wash. Including deck ceiling. No roof required.

External House painting including trims and sills. The house is brick which will not require painting. See pictures.

Rough length and width 1.2 m x 2.2 m. Height 2.5-3.3 m height. 10mm thick. No cornice.

Small new wooden fence needs to be painted. One undercoat and two coats of paint. I’ll supply the paint. Fence must be painted front and back side.

Putting boards to make Walls of entire house

Sand back, prep and re-oil two coats on all woodwork (hand rails, doors, window trims) as highlighted in RED in pictures. And repaint the front facing and side grey boards. I will provide water based decking oil but not grey paint. So please quote it without decking oil but to include similar grey paint on front facing board.
