One feature wall needs to be patched where TV mount was and then painted. Colour will need to be matched as only half the wall will be painted. There is a distinct line that separates the other half. However if it’s too apparent it will be noticeable and this is for retrieval of a bond.

The day prior (Thursday 16/12) I will have an Electrician on site to relocate downlights, GPOs, etc. The walls and ceilings will need to be patched, set and sanded ready for painting. There will also be a series of areas throughout the house requiring minor patching and sanding to enable the house to be repainted.
