Hi, I would like a quote (incl cost and time to complete the work) for painting of a 2 bedroom apart. We need the ceiling and walls painted in living area and entryway (blue highlight of attached floor plan), plus the ceiling of both bathrooms (see red highlight on attached floor plan). The living area will still have furniture in it that will need to be covered before painting (we can help with this if you have drop sheets we could use) We can be flexible as to time when we need this done by, but ideally in the next couple of months.

Hi, my one bedroom apartment is in need of a touch up and a new coat of paint. It hasn’t been painted since I purchased it four years ago so it’s looking tired and in need of repair in a few places (small holes or chipping paint). The apartment is currently unfurnished. I am looking to get the walls and ceiling done. The apartment has four ‘rooms’: - kitchen - ceiling only (cupboards are excluded from scope) - living room - walls and ceiling (windows are excluded from scope) - bedroom - walls and ceiling (windows are aluminium so excluded) - bathroom - ceiling only (the rest is tiled) There are no doors between bedroom/bathroom and bedroom/kitchen/living room. Dulux colours: - vivid white for ceiling - natural white for walls No paint purchased but happy to reimburse cost.

Scrape peeled paint off small top section of wall above picture rail + patch & paint ceiling (approx 12 foot high ceiling) Room approx 2x4m Prep and Paint small section of wall above picture rail in white low sheen. Remove 4x hooks holding netting - patch/paint entire ceiling in flat white (room measurement approx 2m x 4m) You will need to use drop sheets and keep area clean and tidy for bnb. The bunk room is on the first floor at top of stairs and has carpeted stair access within a house (approx 17 stairs) You can access the property from Tuesday 14th Feb after 10am through to Thursday 16th Feb evening. - Due date: Before Friday, 17 February 2023

Scrape peeling paint off 4x2 meter ceiling and peeling section of wall. Remove netting and hooks from the ceiling. Patch and paint all damaged sections. Paint white. You will need to use drop sheets. The area needs to be cleaned up after the task as carpets have just been steam cleaned. The bedroom is on the first floor and has carpeted stair access within a house. - Due date: Flexible

I need 3 walls painted in a rumpus room in Cammeray. Room size is 7x4m I will supply the paint. Wall and skirting to be same colour. Moulding of corners on our hallway and bedroom have been knocked off. We would need it patched to match the top moulding of the wall

I need someone to sanding dry walling in preparation for painting. The gyrocking has been completed but not sanded yet. Prefer someone with a drywall sander and vacuum kit to minimise dust. Paid by the day should not take more than 5 hours.

I have sticky hooks on my walls to hang pictorials, upon trying to remove a frame, I peeled off some plaster and paint. - Due date: Before Wednesday, 30 August 2023

I am looking for someone to assist by painting the front of our garage wall and garage door. Only the areas you can see in the pic require painting. All other walls and covered with greenery. For good measure the garage has been pressure washed, and was sanded back a few weeks ago. It would require a light sanding for prep, and we have an electric sander if needed.
