Need a recently painted nursery VJ panelled wall to be repainted a lighter colour.

I tried to paint my theatre room a dark blue colour. The walls are patchy there are drips marks and I’ve made a mess of it. Please only genuine good quality painters needed as I’m selling the house. Looking for EXPERIENCED painter only to fix whole room including trim moulding in white and walls and ceiling in blue. Ceiling and walls have had three coats already. I will provide paint only.
