Recently noticed small patch of Mould appear on ceiling. Would like it to removed and treated ASAP. Also if possible to identify and treat what is causing it. Pictures attached.

Due to recent weather conditions we have small patches of moulds appearing on the ceiling. This is a 2 storey house. We require Ceiling treatment for mold n patch painting that area. Have attached few pics. Please note that there are more than 10 patches like those. Probably close to 15.

Have 2 x holes in walls and 2 x small holes in timber doors that need to fixed. Paint (same colour) is available. One hole in garage wall is about 130mm wide.

Need paint to be patched on 2 walls where paint came off when stickers were removed. We have paint that matches the colour. Also need 2 holes filled and wall painted. Holes are from screws from a mirror that was mounted in the wall. Work needs to be completed before 2pm Wed 6th Nov as that’s when the house settles.
