The guest is unable to open the oven door and believes it is locked in child lock mode. We’ve tried several troubleshooting steps remotely, including resetting the oven via the fuse box, however the issue persists according to the guest. This is the first time this concern has been raised, so we suspect it may be user error rather than a fault. We’re looking for someone who can attend the property and show the guest how to unlock and correctly use the oven, and confirm whether the child lock is engaged or if there is an actual issue. I can send the actual video from the guest.

The coil in my tenants electric oven seems to have been damaged since the end of tenancy cleaners came through. I’ve tried moving it, it may have been knocked completely and thus no longer works. Need someone qualified with this type of electrical stuff to come and look at fixing it. Price isn’t accurate as I know the amount will reflect in the work that is required. Tasker needs to be flexible with timings. My tenant has specific times they are available. Thank you.
