SIngle-lever mixer tap (wall-mounted) is leaking. Likely just need cartridge replaced. Job is to inspect and fix including acquisition of materials.

I require a stiff mixer tap for bathtub to be replaced. Does this usually mean that we would need a cartridge and or mixer tap is required. How much would you charge for this? Location is in a old house in hillarys. Happy to send a video. Kind Regards Elaine

The pressure is very bad in the last few weeks , and its either extremely hot or extremely cold , there was an issue with boiler six months ago and a plumber set it and it was good for a few months but the shower is back to really poor pressure and very hard to get the temperature good for a shower. Shower = Both low pressure and difficulty maintaining pressure in shower , also is a slow drip from shower even when taps are closed fully tight. Kitchen sink = water can get extremely hot once put in the hot position ( close to boiling hot ) . Shower was sudden issue (middle of May) Kitchen sink temperature has always been an issue. Got a plumber out to take a look and adjust something but it seemed to be back to boiling within a day or two. The kitchen sink is manageable to live with , shower not so much.

I need to maintain my 1 bedroom apartment in the Perth CBD (address 22 St Georges Terrace, Perth WA 6000). Firstly, the toilet water tank keep refilling after flush and it doesn't completely stop after water tank has been refilled fully. Secondly, the tile at the shower drain tray area needs to be re-sealed (old seal no longer working). Lastly, I have 4 fluorescent lights that need to replace the light tube (light bulb) but I don't have a step ladder to reach the bulkhead ceiling. See attached photos for the 3 items. Leaky toilet cistern. Likely installation issue where they have not sealed the water reservoir. Also needed is a check on the shower head on level 2. It can not be switched between hand shower and over head shower .

Refix our toilet roll holder to the wall as it has come away and is loose

Our toilet system seems to have a blockage and needs to be looked at. Doesn’t seem to be anything obvious stuck there. A few buckets of hot water seems to temporarily fix it.

The cistern's buttons have stopped working, the flush mechanism still works, but the buttons do not function. Description of the issue from the tenant: "The toilet itself is still flushing normally, but the flush buttons are not operational. The connecting part between the buttons and the flushing mechanism has broken due to aging. It appears that the buttons may need to be replaced" Cistern brand "Imperial". It is found that the cistern is glued to the tiles if it makes a difference.

Hi there I'm looking for a person with the skills and equipment to fix up a few minor items including a stiff window closing mechanism (it's a rotating / wind up mechanism), fix up a stiff fly screen, minor repair to sliding laundry door which has come off its runners, installation of new washers on four taps, and fix up a bathroom cistern that doesn't shut off.

The work is requested for the fix, not for coming to provide a quote. Issue description: The flush mechanism doesn't seem to work all the time. When either of the flush button is pressed it doesn't trigger the flush. May require the entire flush valve replacement.

A toilet flush needs fixing, looks like a minor issue as it's flushing but not enough water is coming out and having to hold for a long time for it to flush properly. Need this attended today as guests are coming to stay over. Thanks in advance
