There is dripping of water from the bathroom sink mixer tap.

My kitchen tap (mixer) is leaking and I’m fairly sure it needs replacing. Please see photos attached. I don’t have a tap to replace with but can get one if someone tells me what I need.

Mixer tap has been leaking for a while. Not sure if it needs a new tap or not. Have tried to remove the tap, but won’t budge

Install new kitchen mixer

*Require mixer tap set-up to be installed in Kitchen and Shower *The actual tap will go in after i have installed my kitchen *Current set up is separate hot water handle and cold handle, with water flowing into one tap (in Kitchen and Bathroom) *I'm not a plumber (obviously), but i assume you would need to install set up behind wall (particularly in Kitchen) - Due date: Before Wednesday, 20 December 2023

Kitchen sink side lever mixer has separated from the base. Tried attaching back but the pressure of water when tap is on pushes it out again and water shoots all over the ceiling. I don’t know if a new sink mixer is needed or this can be fixed. See photos please - Due date: Needs to be done on Thursday, 16 November 2023

Fix a shower leak that happens do leak water downstairs into kitchen area. Only leaks when shower is on.

Shower head has been taken off and the pipe is continuously dripping, head/taps will need repair/replacement. If it just needs washers happy for just that as we just want the leak stopped, don’t want new taps/head if not required

Showering is leaking - we assume this is broken washers on the handle. We will cover the cost, of course, for any replacement washers etc

This keeps happening i know its a super quick fix with a camera. Need someone with a camera to look. I have access just outside back door to look at the plumbing. This keeps happening last plumber said I used wipes which is 100% in correct a few weeks later its blocked again. One toilet is constantly blocked with water packing up. When other showers or sinks use water in the other bathrooms this blocked toiler makes glurping sounds with air trying to escape.
