Remove the old sink and install the new one, new sink size is the same as the old one, install the new mixer.

There is dripping of water from the bathroom sink mixer tap.

My kitchen tap (mixer) is leaking and I’m fairly sure it needs replacing. Please see photos attached. I don’t have a tap to replace with but can get one if someone tells me what I need.

Install new kitchen mixer

Kitchen sink side lever mixer has separated from the base. Tried attaching back but the pressure of water when tap is on pushes it out again and water shoots all over the ceiling. I don’t know if a new sink mixer is needed or this can be fixed. See photos please - Due date: Needs to be done on Thursday, 16 November 2023

Shower head has been taken off and the pipe is continuously dripping, head/taps will need repair/replacement. If it just needs washers happy for just that as we just want the leak stopped, don’t want new taps/head if not required

This keeps happening i know its a super quick fix with a camera. Need someone with a camera to look. I have access just outside back door to look at the plumbing.
