Need help with Microsoft outlook account.

Messages are in my websites webmail, but outlook only has messages from the last 3 weeks, then nothing till 2020! I am receiving new messages but cant get my older emails. I am also looking at moving everything across to Microsoft email.

full normal function on April 10 but none on April 11. I could access bigpond via Telstra webmail but not stored folders

Outlook worked well on 10 April 2025 but when I opened on 11 April, my folders had disappeared.

MS Outlook 365 was somehow deleted by my wife yesterday on our Dell Inspiron all in one pc. We are paid up MS365 till mid2027. can we get back Outlook and all the deleted stuff?

Hello, I am looking for some help with work email set up. We have IMAP emails and they aren’t working well on my Apple computer and iPad. Issues: - Asks to re enter password all the time when already entered the correct password - Attachments take very long time to load - Sometimes new emails do not come through but they come through on iPhone Microsoft outlook app It’s giving us lots of headaches and our hosting provider is no help.

My 5 year old laptop computer is running on Windows 10 and is running a little slow with memory issues. I am experiencing issues with my Outlook program where it often freezers due to a growing mailbox across multiple emails. I need help with cleaning up the folders and restoring the Outlook so that it does not freeze and performs better.

Outlook is auto deleting emails in some folders, but not all folders. I have looked and AutoArchive is disabled overall & in those folders. About 9 months ago I tried deleting some very specific emails in a range of folders and sometime after that I noticed some emails being auto deleted. It occurs just after opening the folder, they just vanish. I have tried searching for them under 'All Outlook Items' and cannot find them anywhere

Windows mail is no longer supported. Being prompted to the new outlook. Wants to export data. I’m going around in circles and need urgent help

I'm losing my optusnet.com.au email address and my Optus account is to be closed because moving house to a location that Optus can't provide FTTP internet. New service provider will be Superloop using Opticomm. They have already requested a port out of my home phone number but I haven't yet received the new Opticomm modem/router. Optus advises that my account will be closed and all data deleted once the home phone porting request has been actioned. I don't want to lose any data in my Outlook account so I need to move it to my gmail account. I've looked up how this may be done but am very confused. The data needs to be transferred URGENTLY.

Urgent google domain and outlook email support required. Outlook email was running last 2 years ‘inactive’ in a free version of office365. Accidentally deleted all emails associated with business email as email became deactivated yesterday and no longer received emails. Business is run through Google domain. However are having major issues reinstating google domain business email through outlook on windows laptop. Purchased new office365 package however now no apps will open. This is a business email so need to all old emails restored and account back up and running. Today as back to work tomorrow and fly out of the country Tuesday morning.
