Straight forward job. Need the lattice cut out and taken away. The two palings that are left after removing the lattice will need to be cut away and sanded down/ potentially filled. I also need to remove the rotten stumps under the balustrade (5 little wood blocks) as well as one rotten paling that’s connected. Sorry I did post this earlier but realised I would be left with 2 things poking out of handrail.. Photos for reference.

I have a Lattice "block out" that needs to be upgrade. New timber is required and you are to source this (I will pay for materials & delivery at my end on approval of quoted price)This will be "ontop of your fee. Each panel is to "kriss-kross" as show in the pics. Measurements are:- 2.83m wide x 2m high. This will probably be something you will need to see in person before quoting. I have a number of odd carpentry jobs around the house I'm looking to get done: (1) Install lattice doors - the doors are slightly too big (off by a couple of mm's so will require wood planing), removal of current lattice gate to reuse the bolts & hinges (2) Fix the window awning - missing one timber frame. Note this window is at height. (3) Find and install wall corner moulding - I haven't been able to find the correct moulding to match the current (length: ~600mm) (4) Find a solution to replace the ugly round hole in the wall - current solution is plastic cover

Live in a retire village, the back ‘fence’ which is several panels of lattice needs to be removed completely and replaced. Budget is not known as I am filling this in for my Mother in Law
