I require some lattice installed at the front entryway of a unit, approximately 3 metres long and 1800mm high. Will require a post to be cemented in aswell

2 sections of lattice require replacing. One is 3.2m long and 2m tall and the other is 268cm long and 2m tall. There is a bin on site to remove the existing lattice.

Repairs to existing lattice screens and door

I need assistance with installing lattices onto the timber beams using screws. Given permission, you will need to bring your own drill and tall ladder and access the area from the neighbour's side. Also remove the existing bamboo screens by cutting the coupe of cable ties. Easy job.

3m long timber fretwork (extending what is there on the right side as per pic) and blind installation.

Had a treelopper in last week and a few of the lattice timber extension have snapped off and been damaged beyond repair. Approximately 10m length of fence extensions need to be replaced and repaired. Please include in quote the repair/replacement on 2m of treated pine decking and an extra hour of labour to help refit an external roller door.

Need front stairs painted, has had some white paint on the balastrade but we gave up due to lack of time. I have the 2 paint colours (sand and navy), need more white though. Obviously happy to pay for more supplies where required! Stairs will need to be prepped prior to paint as it's covered in leaves/probably needs filler and a light sand. I've included 2 photos of the stairs before so you can see the colour set up To confirm it's a double set of stairs with two landings. The underneath needs to be painted as well to match. The property is high FYI. Rear deck has had horizontal panels/privacy lattice installed. Need these all painted plain white.

Please note I have not bought these already, I would like you to supply what you think would be the best fit. I would like these installed securely on top of my side fence, lining up with my back fence (to match the purple lines in the first photo). In total, the dimensions would be approximately 40cm x 800cm.
