My daughter laptop keeps turning off itself, any one who is Computer specialists can see it ?

I'd like my laptop cleaned internally (updating required software, clearing up unnecessary things taking up space etc) and externally (dust, build up etc). Also needs a new battery (I'm happy to supply this). It's a HP Pavillion 15, quite a few years old now. No issues but want it cleaned up for optimum performance. I'm not sure what this service costs so happy for offers.
