As I mentioned, I would like to get an emulator working on my laptop so I can play Playstation games which I can also broadcast on Twitch, specially Ratchet and Clank, Duelist of the Roses and Crash: Wrath of Cortex. While I also have other tasks, they aren't too urgent, but if you can help, please ask. Looking for someone with experience working on computer circuitry to remove and replace the DC jack on a laptop motherboard, that the power cord plugs into. Should be simple. I have attempted to replace it myself, however, cannot get the solder in the board to melt. I only have a basic setup. I have the DC jack required, and the board is partially removed from the laptop...enough to access the area required. If needed, I could completely remove the motherboard, particularly if it will make the price noticably cheaper. Also, if it will make it cheaper, I can bring the laptop/motherboard to you.
