Landscaping of a small courtyard area that is currently a blank canvas. Includes removal of small tree and installation of some pre-fab decking/lawn.

I need all the existing plants, stumps, and about 10-20cm of soil removed (im starting again). The area is 3m x 9m. The top layer of dirt needs to sit about 10cm below the edge (see picture with down pipe). The existing reticulation must be kept and undamaged. Main job is 1. First remove the old Colorbond fence which is around 30 metres in length and to replace/repair the retaining wall slabs . Also the removed Colorbond fence needs to be disposed.
