Brand new house build. We need some sand and rubble removed before landscaping begins. Roughly about 10-15sqm of land and roughly 1-2cubes to be removed and roughly leveled. Once job is complete we need photos taken to send to landscapers. Need the sand leveled to atleast 50mm below curb and driveway.

I need black mulch placed in garden bed where area indicated on photo ( total 24 square metres). Plus need landscape mix laid on area indicated (toral 39 square metres). That is all. 2 things and garden area and landscape mux area are pegged out already so yiu know where to place it.
