Supply & Install Flooring: Match existing laminate (Grey Oak/Weathered Grey style, approx. 12mm thickness). Integrated underlay preferred. 2. Supply & Install Skirting (I already have skirting, might be enough): Match existing Colonial/Lambs Tongue profile (likely 92mm x 18mm). This includes cutting mitred corners and fixing to the wall. Levelling: Minor subfloor prep might be needed to ensure the new boards sit flush with the existing floor. Please see attached photos of the existing floor and skirting profile.

I am getting Kitchen renovation and there are few areas exposed that need patching as it was originally tiles which is covered with laminate flooring. Due to removal of kitchen island and a wall there is a patch of tile which is exposed and needs fixing with laminate. I have spare laminate for use. Attached photos are for reference and patching is required in area circled in Red. There would be around 6 patches - 4 on corners of Kitchen Island, 1 exposed due to removal of a coffee station wall and 1 under dishwasher.

My flooring boards created gaps and need someone to replace the boards with new one and seal the edges with silicone seal. need I person inspection before job to fix route cause as I can see flooring level is abit irregular.
