I require someone to paint my house. There are cracks (old house) need to be sanded down and some cracks refilled . 30 square home including garage

The carpets and most of the staples have been removed and I need the lounge and hallway to be sanded and polished. Depending on costs. Maybe the 2 bedrooms and bathroom later. They have previously been polished and may just need a refresher.

Upsate- we don't need doors and trims etc. We need walls and ceilings only.no inside of cupboards as well. I require someone to caulk about 15 gaps around the exterior of my home and garage with a sealant. A few are long vertical ones that run up the wall. Others are small ones.

We’ve recently had new lights installed across our home and have multiple small holes visible that we need filled/sanded. In addition to this, we have attempted some patch ups in other areas that aren’t the best, so we will need these areas sanded down/corrected.

I am hoping to find professional painters who can do a full interior paint of my 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, double storey house including ceilings, skirt boards, and all the interior walls. Please see the floor plan attached to the idea of the size. Also attached colour scheme for feature walls. Plus some room photos for reference. Planning on doing a neutral cream colour with one feature wall of a different colour in each room and area. I will pick the colours and paint and pay for it separately from the Airtasker fee.
