Fully gut bathroom, remove wall between toilet and bathroom and relocate bathroom door so it aligns with the toilet wall (refer attached existing vs proposed floor plan), we have had a structural engineer confirm that these walls are non-load bearing, refer attachment. You will need to waterproof, modify shower subfloor so a walk-in shower can be installed (shower floor tiles to be flush with rest of bathroom), tile, plaster ceiling/walls as required, install bathroom vent, install new bath, toilet, vanity, shower, taps. (We will supply the bath, toilet, vanity, shower, tapware and tiles.) Need works to commence 16th July. You will need to provide certificate of compliance, waterproofing compliance etc. If price is right, potentially have a laundry renovation job for you to do as well.

We need to replacement the shower base and bathtub thanks

We are completing a small bathroom renovation in yarraville, and are looking for a professional caulker to complete the following caulking work at the end of the reno: - Caulking floors to wall - Caulking ceiling to wall (tiles going all the way up to ceiling) - Caulking around toilet and wash basin - Caulking around laundry nook benchtop - Caulking around windows and doorway I think we will be looking to use Mapei white caulk, to match the white grout we are using. As a rough estimate, I think the lineal meters will be 40-50. The caulking work is planned to be completed last, which should be around Friday the 12th April.

Small bathroom reno required due to water damaged floor and some wall water damage. $100hr plus all materials covered by us. It will take at least a few days to complete. Tasks: Uninstall shower screen. Replace internal wall studs. Replace bathroom floor including beams, waterproofing, boards and tiles and install new shower base for tiling over. Replace half wall in bathroom and to be retiled as outlined (matched tiles on hand). New plaster for red outlines areas including sanding and painted. New skirting in 3 spots. Uninstall toilet.
