I have 37m2 of pavers that need cleaning, regrouting and sealing including some stairs.

Need shower base leaks fixed.

I need two tasks completed: 1. Removal of existing bathroom sink and installation of freestanding vanity. 2. Tile regrouting for small areas of bathroom (shower walls, parts of the floor). This only applies to square tiles, we can ignore the mosaic tiles.

Regrout small bathroom. Remove old grout and silicone and regrout and re silicone small bathroom. Just the walls not the floor

I’m looking for an experienced bathroom renovation specialist or tiler to complete repair works on two bathrooms in two different properties, located very close to each other( side by side) in Carlton, Melbourne. The work is based on two professional leak detection reports. Property 1: Shower recess requires professional re-caulking. Property 2 • Remove existing grout and re-grout the shower recess. • Remove existing silicone and re-caulk throughout. • Seal/caulk the cracked shower wall tile. I need my shower re grouted, and silicone
