Find a professional Terracotta tiler in VIC

I have some brown stained watermarks coming through the ceiling of my front bedroom - there appears to be a very slow leak coming in from somewhere. I just need a roofer to come and replace, repair or reposition some terracotta tiles where some rain is obviously getting in. It is not the whole area of the bedroom (see pic attached - inset from front window). I would appreciate some assistance please. This afternoon or Wednesday from 10.30am to 2pm would be great. A small section of our terracotta roof seems to be leaking a little. So it needs to be checked, tiles checked, sealed and repointed potentially. Full assessment needed first.

Looking for an experienced tiler to install a new kitchen splashback using handmade Spanish terracotta tiles. Tiles supplied: Terracotta Malee Gloss Hand Made Spanish Ceramic Tiles 130 × 130 × 8mm (6 boxes ordered). Target layout is a soft, staggered offset similar to the attached reference image (handmade look, not a strict brick bond). Scope: - Prep wall - Lay and cut tiles neatly (incl. around power points) - Grout and clean These are handmade feature tiles, so experience with artisan tiles is important. Budget: $600 (incl. labour, adhesive & grout). Grout colour to be discussed and approved prior to installation. Happy to supply grout if needed once colour is chosen. Existing glass splashback will be removed prior to tiling. If you can remove it and make good the wall, please include this as an optional line item. Photos attached of the space and tiles. Budget: $600–$900 depending on whether glass removal and wall making-good is included.

Water based paint on terracotta tiles - should easily remove with pressure washing Only about 10sqm

We have a small ceiling leak when it rains. It looks like some of the terracotta tiles have moved, but there may also be some cracked tiles (we have spares). Only people with experience on a tile roof, please.

Area is 3.1 x 3.3 metres. Terracotta tiles are already coming off with loosened grout as per attached photo. Removal of all tiles required. No need for disposal.

Quote - Areas of roof to be addressed for concern, 2 valleys either side of front door and right-hand side valley. Will need tiles cut in on valley as they are broken in and tiles near valley need to replace broken tiles Have silicone up those tiles for a temporary fix. At bottom of valley it’s sticking up in air and needs to be put under the tiles to let water flow again properly. Will also need to re-mortar valley. Right hand side of valley is rusted and needs to be replaced. Will need to address missing and broken tiles and re-mortar valley. House leaks at front entrance - valley on right needs to be addressed. Broken cut tiles along valley as well as full tiles near valley broken. Possible re-mortar required as well for valley. Ideally replace or clean tiles at front but to be discussed.

Seal the terracotta tiles on a relatively large balcony and province a certificate for works done.

Take up 7 terracotta tiles, approximately 300 x 300, & replace with new tiles. Re lay 7 tiles on a cement base. Should take three hours maybe. I have the 7 new tiles

I need a small section re pointed - terracotta tile roof as there is a small leak. It's a single storey house.

Approx 80sqm of terracotta tiles need a deep clean by someone who knows how to restore tiles. Original Colour is terracotta (as you can see from the section recently exposed after removing kitchen cabinets). The general Area is significantly darker! Acid? Wire brush? You are the expert - please suggest a plan!

Single storey house, very easy flat access, manhole in bathroom for roof access (only 4m from where we want the skylight installed). Ceramic tile steps broken, need to repair or replace this broken tile, not sure if replacement can be found on the market, any suggestions or advice?

Replace mortar on terracotta roof

Please see images of broken tiles attached. A row of approximately 4 terracotta indoor stair tiles need to be carefully demolished and removed without damaging surrounding tiles. New replacement terracotta tiles (supplied by us) will need to be cut and installed on the same row. Located at an office in Camberwell. Work needs to be completed during a Friday afternoon. Ignore budget stated. We would like to know how many hours of labour this work will take and your fair quote.

Tiling a 26m2 balcony with 300x300 terracotta tiles. Tiles will be laid over existing tiles that have had a layer of waterproofing applied. We live on the third floor with no lift but we will have brought the tiles upstairs already. We are looking for a qualified tiler that has completed similar work before. - Due date: Before Friday, 2 February 2024
