Looking for a licensed plumber to replace my hot water tank. Currently have a 125 litre tank but prefer 160 litre or bigger if it fits. Would also need to take the old tank away. Tank is in the laundry. Please include the price and brand of a 160 ltr tank in the quote.

Hot water is sputtering when it hasn't been used for a few hours, this is across multiple facets. It gets better slightly after running for 20s, but still splutters. The cold water is fine. The water in all or the sinks are also slow to drain.

The cold water is already shut off, but the hot water won’t fully turn off, so I need someone who knows plumbing to shut it off properly and disconnect everything safely. Swap out hot water system to new electrics system (sparky will do hookup separately) install new shower head and tap handles. I have three phase power. New water heater going in exact same spot.

Hot water tap in shower won’t turn off. Needs fixing or replacing. Water just keeps running. We’ve had to turn water off at main. Keen to have both hot and cold taps in shower replaced, plus hot and cold taps on bathroom sink, and hot and cold taps in the bath.

Hot water tap in shower is loose. Sink tap is also leaking slightly so may need to grouting. Very minor task I don’t imagine it will take long!

Our hot water tank works, heating element and thermostat replaced this week already. When running overflow it’s coming out scalding hot, but when running indoor tap it’s luke warm. Tempering valve cannot be adjusted any further, needs replacement. Would like a licensed plumber to supply and replace valve.

I need the hose connected from my washing machine to the hot water tap. All is set and water is on, just having trouble connecting hose to the hot water inlet. Will need to bring a large spanner/tool.
