Hot water system is leaking sporadically and water leaks onto the floor.

Have purchased an outdoor shower that requires to be installed. Needs to be connected to hot water and fixed on large wood post (not yet purchased) plumbers with outdoor shower experience only please. Hanns design shower purchased.

Hi, I have a Solar Hot Water System which I purchased 7 years ago. The tank is on the ground and the panels are on the roof. Never had any problems until 2 years ago- the hot water wasn’t coming, so when there was sunshine then we would get hot water but then it would run out and go lukewarm/cold, seemed like it wasn’t switching over to electric. Got told it needed servicing as it had been 5 years back then. I had someone come and clean the solar panels on the roof, replace the anode, thermostat, element and tpr valve. After that the hot water was working whether it was sunny or cloudy- had no problem. Now 2 years later the same issue is occurring. When the sun is out we get hot water until we have used it all which is pretty quick because there is 7 of us in the house and then it goes to lukewarm and then cold. When I pull the relief valve on the tank then the boiling hot water comes out. I had a “free call-out plumber” come and say “it could be the tempering valve that needs replacing”. He probably said that because it was one of the things that didn’t get replaced 2 years ago. I’m looking for someone who is willing to either come out and do a diagnostic test for free and tell me the problem and not charge me an arm and a leg. Or also looking for someone to give me the price on doing the diagnostic test if you can’t do for free and the price of replacing the tempering valve and cleaning the solar panels on the roof. Or looking for someone to give me suggestions of what you think it could be. Sometimes there are plumbers/hot water specialists that are in or live in my area of Glenfield 2167 NSW and wouldn’t mind popping by to do a free diagnostic test. This is for my mum’s house, she is a senior pensioner and not working so help would be greatly appreciated.

Washer/s needs replacing on hot and cold shower tap as shower head is dripping. I don’t have the washers. Airlock to be released on hot water tap for the bath.

Our hot water tank to our granny flat is leaking and needs to be replaced. Its a 129 liter capacity and runs on electricity. Would like to have a new one supplied and installed. The old one will need to be taken and disposed.

I am doing my kitchen and need to disconnect/re--commect copper water pipes to fit base cabinet. If we organise the day I can cut pipes and fit cabinet so will just need to reconnect. Pipes will need to be re soldered. The sink down pipe wont need to be touched as I will connect later on so just need to re-cinnect the hot and cold water copper pipes Thanks

Hot water pipe under bathroom sink suddenly started leaking last night. Hot water turned off at hot water heater stopped leak. Need fix + quote for bathroom renovation

Unplug sink blockage and connect (a) hot water to washing machine; and (b) dryer drainage water to the plumbing pipes (versus dryer water tray).

Need trade person ( licensed ) for hot water system to check Piolet is turning on but readily switches off when burner is being lit.

Hi, My laundry hot water tap is dripping when open, otherwise its fine when the tap is closed, so I am assuming its the washer. Attached pic for reference. Please advise cost and availability to fix. Thanks Regards Terence
