Pilot light on my gas hot water system went out after a gas supply shutoff (gas supply confirmed working - stove runs fine). Need it relit asap - before 9:30am or after 1pm please. It’s a standard outdoor gas storage tank with easy access. Should be a quick job for someone who’s done these before. If the pilot won’t stay lit it may need a new part - if you’re a licensed gasfitter, happy for you to quote on the spot. Bonus $10 if you bring surface spray and give the area around the unit a quick hit - there are some spiders in there.

It’s two beds apartment. One of the toilet hot water is not hot enough. the hot water in the bathroom isn't heating up properly — the shower and basin only go lukewarm, not actually hot, so it's really not comfortable to shower in this winter weather. The kitchen tap is fine though, so it seems like just the 1 bathroom.

Dishwasher installer informed us the dishwasher is connected to the hot water valve and it needs to be connected to the cold water. We need a plumber to switch the two so it connects to the cold water or if switching it not allowed to put in the correct ones. I’ve inserted photo showing the dishwasher being connected to the hot water underneath.

Our hot water is very warm but not hot. It used to be hot. We live in an apartment and our neighbours say their water is hot. Gas/electric company say no issue on their end. Building management says it may be a tempering valve issue.

Replace an isolating valve and leaking pressure limiting valve on a hot water system. I already have the valves but they are slightly longer than the ones being replaced so the copper pipes will need to be adjusted to accommodate them.

I have a 160lt hot water tank, it has failed and need a plumber to swap it over. I will pick up the tank and have it ready.
