Hot water tap in shower is loose. Sink tap is also leaking slightly so may need to grouting. Very minor task I don’t imagine it will take long!

I need a licensed plumber to repair a leak on the hot water outlet line connected to my hot water system. • The cold inlet is fine — only the hot outlet pipe is leaking. • The water is seeping through the brick veneer wall (visible at weep hole). • Easy access outside. Looking for someone experienced who can fix the issue by replacing the joint/fitting between the copper pipe and the black PEX pipe.

My current electric hot water heater is leaking due to age, need you to supply and replace current one, this is for 2-3 people use in a Granny Flat, ~200L, all electricity needs are already in place.

Relief valve on Rheem Hot water system is leaking consistently (slow drip) - needs to be replaced. Current relief valve details (all details written on valve): Rheem HTE55-1 1000kPa 99C 10kW DR AS1357.1 WMKA0938

Our hot water tank works, heating element and thermostat replaced this week already. When running overflow it’s coming out scalding hot, but when running indoor tap it’s luke warm. Tempering valve cannot be adjusted any further, needs replacement. Would like a licensed plumber to supply and replace valve.

I need the hose connected from my washing machine to the hot water tap. All is set and water is on, just having trouble connecting hose to the hot water inlet. Will need to bring a large spanner/tool.

We have a gas boosted solar system, evacuated tube solar. The system needs an inspection to work out what’s going on. 1. The solar component seems like it might not be working and continuously on gas boost for hot water? 2. We are getting an attic room installed. The insulated pipes from the evacuated tubes run across the roof space, they need to be placed down at joist level. 3.there is an old gravity cylinder in the roof space. Does the water reticulate through that as part of the current system. If so, it needs to be bypassed, and the tank drained, so the tank can be cut up and removed.

Require a plumper to disconnect hot water system and disconnect and remove kitchen faucet tap from the sink. I will need the same person to reinstall hot water system and install new kitchen faucet tap on the sink once new kitchen is installed. (Payment separate to this)

Our hot water has been 'playing up' for several years but getting increasingly frequent over the past 6 months. Some times it will run fine but other times nothing even comes out of the tap or shower.... Left the shower on full hot water last night for 30 minutes and literally no water flowed. Switch to cold water, full pressure. We have a separate hot water tank, which is not that old (see photos for details).

Hot water system in apartment has been repositioned and needs a new discharge pipe installed. The system is ~1.5m from the existing drainage pipe (in pic). Looks like the TPR valve is at least 10cm higher than the drainage pipe. Looking to get a pipe run along the wall and through a riser. A small notch would need to be cut in the riser to get it through. Would prefer to talk through this piece of work to fully scope it out before confirming it.
