Looking for a licensed NSW Level 2 Electrician (ASP) to connect my existing hot water system to the Controlled Load circuit/supply, so its electricity usage is billed at the Controlled Load rate rather than the standard household rate. However, ground height will increase by 130-150mm due to concreting the ground. May require pipe adjustment due to raised height. Werrington based. To be reconnected around 5pm on the day.

The tap and handles are leaking. When I use the hot water tap it squirts out. Needs replacing

Licensed plumber needed to diagnose and fix a kitchen mixer tap in Cremorne. The kitchen mixer currently has very weak water flow and no hot water. All other water outlets in the apartment are working normally, including two showers and two bathroom basin taps. They all have normal hot water and normal water pressure, so the issue appears to be isolated to the kitchen mixer. Last November, another licensed plumber repaired the same kitchen mixer because it was loose. He tightened the mixer and replaced the cold-water mini cock/isolation valve. Immediately after that repair, the kitchen tap initially only had hot water. He then worked on it again and eventually restored both hot and cold water, and it worked normally afterwards. Now the kitchen mixer has developed very weak flow and no hot water. I’m looking for someone experienced with kitchen mixer taps to diagnose and fix the issue. Please check the isolation valves/mini cocks, flexible hoses, aerator and mixer cartridge as needed. Budget is $150 for diagnosis and repair of a minor issue. If replacement parts or additional work are required, please let me know the cost before proceeding. Licensed plumbers only, please.

Require somebody to perform task of fixing this Rinnai Infinity 26 hot water system (mounted externally). You will also need to supply the replacement thermostat (included in offer price) if that is the problem.

Electric hot water heating unit is leaking from the base. I have turned off the cold water intake (I think) which has stopped the leaking. Obviously want this repaired and to have hot water ready for kids bath tonight

The hot water in my apartment is only luke warm. Strata manager suggested to check if the tempering valve has failed inside the apartment. The hot water system is centrally controlled in the building.

Looking for a licensed plumber/gas fitter to service and flush a Rheem Stellar 360 gas storage water heater (Model 850360N0, 160L). Hot water contains some sediment. Please also inspect the anodes, TPR valve and burner, and advise whether any parts need replacing. Located in Wahroonga.

Licensed plumber needed to repair hot shower tap. The shower has separate hot and cold taps—not a mixer. Hot water works elsewhere, in kitchen & bathroom sink, but no hot water is coming through the shower. It is Grohe brand.

We have very low hot water pressure in the shower. All other taps are fine. It has been suggested by another plumber it may be the washers, so hoping someone local can take a look please. Licensed plumbers only thanks?

Hot water not coming out of taps

Model Number: 850360N0 Capacity: 160 litre Water went cold. No water leaking around the tank. Tried to relight the pilot but the Ignition Button stays down. Would like the job done Thursday after 3pm or sometime Friday.

I have a Vulcan hot 80L hot water system that needs to be replaced. I don't have a replacement tank so quotes need to be for the supply of a new tank and installation.

The pressure when I turn the tap to hot in the kitchen is non existent. Works fine for cold and in the rest of the apartment. I believe it has a pressure limiter that needs to be removed. I also need a pipe in my bathroom sealed.

These solar hot water heaters (not powered, just has water running through it) are rusty and leaking, I need to decommission and remove. Each heater panel is about 2x1m. I am fit and able to help lift, but I can’t do it alone; ideally I need a plumber who can disconnect / block off the pipes from the internal HSW. All i really need is for someone to disconnect it at the source, and then help me get it off the roof. I’ll do the rest. Flat room, easy access.
