Our hot water keeps switching off at the heater. We can unplug it and plug it back and it restarts but the next evening it goes off again. I have no idea what to put in as the budget so just tell me the price.

Rooftop hot water system is leaking

I have an evacuated tubes system but I don’t think water is getting up to the roof or back again. Both pipes that run to the roof are cold. (Still have hot water from off peak electric heating at night.) No alarms are showing on the controller. There doesn’t appear to be water in the valve window thing on the pipe that runs up to the roof. I’ve turned everything I can off and on again and disconnected and reconnected every sensor. Unit is under house with access through garage.

Looking for someone experienced to fix a small leak on a hot water pipe/fitting near the hot water unit. See photo attached. The leak appears to be around the copper pipe/union fitting. Budget is $150 total including labour, call-out, Airtasker fee, and any small parts needed such as washers, thread tape, seals or standard fittings. Licensed plumber needed to repair hot shower tap. The shower has separate hot and cold taps—not a mixer. Hot water works elsewhere, in kitchen & bathroom sink, but no hot water is coming through the shower. It is Grohe brand.

We have very low hot water pressure in the shower. All other taps are fine. It has been suggested by another plumber it may be the washers, so hoping someone local can take a look please. Licensed plumbers only thanks?

Hot water not coming out of taps

I have a Vulcan hot 80L hot water system that needs to be replaced. I don't have a replacement tank so quotes need to be for the supply of a new tank and installation.

The pressure when I turn the tap to hot in the kitchen is non existent. Works fine for cold and in the rest of the apartment. I believe it has a pressure limiter that needs to be removed. I also need a pipe in my bathroom sealed.

These solar hot water heaters (not powered, just has water running through it) are rusty and leaking, I need to decommission and remove. Each heater panel is about 2x1m. I am fit and able to help lift, but I can’t do it alone; ideally I need a plumber who can disconnect / block off the pipes from the internal HSW. All i really need is for someone to disconnect it at the source, and then help me get it off the roof. I’ll do the rest. Flat room, easy access.

Hi, I'm looking for a licensed plumber (or suitably qualified hot water specialist) to diagnose and repair my Dux Proflo 100L electric storage hot water system. The issue: - No hot water anywhere in the apartment (including the kitchen). - The system was working previously and has now stopped heating. - Power is on to the property. About the installation: - Dux Proflo 100L electric storage hot water system. Installed inside a cupboard approximately 1 metre above the floor. - I am the owner of the apartment. - I have access to all electrical switchboards. - A ladder is available if required. - Plenty of photos are attached showing the unit and surrounding area. Ideally, I'd like the system repaired if the fault is something like the heating element, thermostat or another replaceable component. Dishwasher installer informed us the dishwasher is connected to the hot water valve and it needs to be connected to the cold water. We need a plumber to switch the two so it connects to the cold water or if switching it not allowed to put in the correct ones. I’ve inserted photo showing the dishwasher being connected to the hot water underneath.

Roof top Solahart hot water system heating element is not working and probably needs replacement. Located on a two story house is at least 10 to 15 years. Water heats from sun but not electricity.
