The heater is not working, the fan speed is maxed even at the first notch, and the orange timer light comes on like an error. The air conditioning unit is a split system, 10 years old, and was last serviced about 15 months ago and then I cleaned the filters about 8 months ago. The brand is Mitsubishi Heavy Industries - Hyper Inverter, installed in a residential setting Single storey brick veneer house in 2016. The outdoor unit is easily accessible for maintenance. The outdoor unit fan is working perfectly. I've also tried doing a hard reset by turning of the power to the unit for about 10mins then turning it back on. Please check for any other potential issues as well.
