We don’t like the way these air ducts are going under the beam. We would like to have someone reroute these to go on either end of the tenancy and box it in before moving under the beams. Plan is to make it a more clean look. Open to plans and suggestions to make it cleaner. Vents are all in place. Just the flexi going under the beam that’s the concern. 4 all up need to be moved/replaced. Originally there was to be a false ceiling installed however we are now leaving the ceiling exposes.
