We have a small block out the front of our house that needs rendered all sides

I had a screen front door that snapped off, just need someone to put it back. Screen door still onsite and can provide parts if discussed

The ceiling fan doesn't work. Not sure if it's a ceiling fan or power switch problem. Dishwasher comes on but stops after 30 seconds. I need someone to look at these things and then determine how to fix. Best if you give me an hourly rate.
