Frame Modification: Cut the side aluminum profiles to match the new split layout. 3. Add Mid-Rail & Timber Support: • Install a timber backing strip/rail to provide structural support for the middle join. • Supply and install two horizontal aluminum top/mid rails (connected/supported by the timber rail) to securely hold both split mirror panels in place. 4. Reassembly: Reassemble the complete door using the modified frame and original top/bottom tracks. Requirements: • Experience with glass/mirror cutting and aluminum frame assembly. • Must bring proper tools for precision glass and aluminum cutting.
