I meed removal of an existing chandelier and installation of a new one

I've snapped one of the arms off my candelabra style chandelier. The contact point is too small and the arm is to heavy for regular glue. I need someone to reaffix the arm. The job doesn't have to look too clean, as long as the arm is affixed back in proper position. I'm not sure if this requires welding/soldering or not - if so, FYI - the cable for the lighting fixture runs through the candelabra arm. I'm happy for you to suggest any other ways you think you might be able to fix this. Cheers, John

Build a caboodle flat pack from Bunnings for outdoor kitchen cupboards

Stud wall with gyprock to be extended by 1m, framing opening to accomodate large wooden barn door (already made). All horizontal iron support beams to be encased with gyprock. Barn door is solid wood (jarrah) so very heavy. Framework must be strong enough to support it. Job is only one days work and needs to be done on 16th or 17th or between the 21st-25th. Building and carpentry experience essential.
