Our Superlift garage door has stopped working. The door itself seems fine, as we can manually open and close it, however the motor appears to be faulty. Previously, it would start closing, buckle, and then fall back down. Now, it only goes halfway down before reversing and opening again.

Tried to screw in bathroom towel hook and the door didn't handle the screw that came with the pack. The hole needs to take a screw and bolt so that i can tighten the hook to the screw. Urgent small job before big family gatherings 13–14 Dec (lots of kids & elderly coming). The front row of coping/edge pavers on our raised patio has no mortar left underneath – they rock badly and are a 30 cm trip hazard to the lawn. Need them lifted, cleaned and re-laid solid. 6 clear photos attached. Job (quick safety fix only): • Lift the loose row of edge pavers • Clean out old debris/crumbled mortar • Re-lay level & solid on fresh mortar or strong construction adhesive (happy to go with whatever you recommend – I’ve heard flexible adhesive can be better long-term if the wall is still moving a bit) • Point joints so they’re locked in • Leave the edge safe and tidy NOT required: rebuilding the cracked brick wall underneath (future job).
