Action: Install this mirror safely onto the wall above the bed (where the shelves used to be). Requirement: Must use heavy-duty anchors or mount directly into studs. Safety is the priority here. 3. Replace Ceiling Light (Assembly Required) Item: Replace the existing bowl pendant light with a new black crystal chandelier. Action: Remove the old light fixture. Assemble the new chandelier (it comes in parts, I will provide a video guide). Install the new chandelier along with the ceiling medallion (white circular base shown in photos). Requirement: Electrical license required for the connection. Tools & Materials: Please bring your own ladder, drill, stud finder, and heavy-duty wall plugs/anchors suitable for the heavy mirror.

Urgent small job before big family gatherings 13–14 Dec (lots of kids & elderly coming). The front row of coping/edge pavers on our raised patio has no mortar left underneath – they rock badly and are a 30 cm trip hazard to the lawn.
