Require various tasks to be completed in order to get house ready for selling. Just odd jobs around the place like patching up some ceilings, installing some architraves around a doorway, repair repairing hinge on garage door etc I have a list of items to complete

Finger print door lock has been installed but the screw that stores the battery will not unscrew.

Experienced gardener wanted to undertake a range of maintenace tasks on an acreage property for two days. Only need fitting, wall controlled not remote, fans with lights and will need a baton in ceiling to hang. Please supply genuine quotes and not top off quotes. I had 3 fans fitted in the bedrooms a year ago that took only 3 hours to complete. I think $150 per hour is a fair price. If not looks like I will have to do myself.
