When we went to bed, we closed the roller door, we did not realise that a chair was blocking it from fully closing down. When we noticed in the morning we removed the chair, and it shut heavily, now whenever we turn it up or down, it does not open, and it does not move, the motor makes a sound, but every now and then makes a heavy clunking sound.

A car came through and smashed our front wall. There is a little part of the wall remaining that needs to be removed so the remaining wall is flush and looks neat and tidy

handyman, stone tiles to be cladded on to the 2 pillars around the garage, tiles provided require glue. see photos. there will be some cutting involved around the wall lights and 1 pillar has the downpipe on it. approx measurements 2300 x 500 each pillar. See photos - Tiles from Bunnings

The wall curtain rods has come out of the wall and keeps dropping, will need someone with tools, I have the new rods to go into the wall
