Needing an electrician to install 1 smart ceiling fan with light in the bedroom. Currently have a down light there. Fan is in pictures

When we went to bed, we closed the roller door, we did not realise that a chair was blocking it from fully closing down. When we noticed in the morning we removed the chair, and it shut heavily, now whenever we turn it up or down, it does not open, and it does not move, the motor makes a sound, but every now and then makes a heavy clunking sound.

A car came through and smashed our front wall. There is a little part of the wall remaining that needs to be removed so the remaining wall is flush and looks neat and tidy
