Door has moved and needs to be adjusted on the hinges so it can be locked properly - door does not completely press all the way in. It may need to be removed and reshaped. Will need some sanding down on the edges.

Looking for an experienced handyman or carpenter to modify and upgrade our backyard chicken coop. Currently, the rear wall cladding, roosting bars, and roof support are attached directly to the timber boundary fence (see photos). I need to completely isolate the coop from the fence line so it is 100% freestanding and self-supporting, using new timber framing. Scope of Work: 1 Dismantle & Isolate: Safely prop the roof and detach all existing timber rails, lower iron cladding, and internal roosting bars from the boundary fence posts/rails. 2 Independent Timber Framing: Supply and install new vertical timber support posts/uprights just inside the coop footprint (offset slightly so they do not touch the boundary fence) to carry the structural load. 3 Colorbond Cladding: Install new Colorbond steel sheeting across the back wall section to replace the old lower iron. 4 Complete Rat-Proofing: Remove the old loose chicken wire and supply/install heavy-duty, small-gauge rat-proof wire mesh . securely fixed to the timber frame to ensure a completely vermin-proof enclosure. 5 Reinstatement: Secure the existing roof sheets and mount the internal roosting bars back onto the newly built independent timber frame.

Ceiling plaster repair – approx 50cm x 50cm hole. Leak has already been fixed by plumber and area will be fully dry before repair. Require: patch, sand, and repaint to blend with ceiling. Paint available. Looking for clean, smooth finish.

Our garage door can’t be opened automatically with the key — it can only be lifted manually. The motor is running, but it’s not able to move the door up or down. The brand is Steel Line, and the motor model is V430R. It’s a roll‑up style garage door.

Minor leak coming from ceiling as per picture, can see water drips from ceiling leaving a mark and to the floor.
