Looking for a tasker to replace a cracked plasterboard ceiling manhole / roof access cover.

I have 2 doors which need repair. One needs to be cut back a little so it closes. The second door need to be changed from an internal opening door to an external opening door and some alteration to allow a bigger opening in the doorway.

I need to install two smart toilet seats—one in each bathroom. A power outlet is required next to the toilet; there is an existing outlet in the bathroom, located approximately two meters away from both toilets.

Need a small ceiling which has flaking paint and also some minor mould on room skirting see photo

EDIT: NOW URGENT The internal door handle has been pulled out - photos added. Handle shows sign of damage so will need to be replaced. New photos added. The front swinging door to our Commercial gym needs new hinges and perhaps an additional hinge. The door is the main entrance to the facility and is used constantly. It also supports the latch technology to allow 24/7 entry. The current hinges are on their last legs (to be replaced) but I also think that a third hinge would secure the heavy door for the future. The hinge positions have been moved once already. The hinges are heavy duty and the swinging door is heavy. Aluminum Frame

I have three chandeliers to hang, all electrical jobs has been done, only need someone to hang and connect 3 chandeliers. 3.6m ceiling height for living and about 5m ceiling height for the void.

Fix 2x cord chains that have broken. Chain may be able to fixed and reused and should be an easy job for someone who knows what they are doing
