Need a full window frame replaced including new fittings for the windows themselves. If you could paint it while you’re there that would be a bonus but not a necessity…price is just an indication I understand it will be more than $100. Thanks Fab.

I have three chandeliers to hang, all electrical jobs has been done, only need someone to hang and connect 3 chandeliers. 3.6m ceiling height for living and about 5m ceiling height for the void.

Cut out old rotten section of sliding door architrave and replace with hardwood insert and re-install mortice lock component and remove silver slide bolt. Sliding door needs adjustment on slide and wheels, may need lifting off to attend to slide.

So odd jobs I need: Hanging three pictures on the wall, pressure washing my back tiles in my courtyard, hanging my dryer (no bracket) attaching a mirror to the wall, securing the door bell into the bricks & putting the gas back in my outdoor heater.
