My clothes dryer internal band came off, and need help putting it back on. Or advice?

The door to my cupboard has come out. The holes for the screws are too wide. I have tried using door plugs to reduce the width of the screw hole but it hasn't worked. I'm also having trouble fitting the door so it aligns with the frame of the cupboard

Looking for an experienced handyman or installer to help install a firearm safe at my home in Templestowe, VIC. Details: Gun safe has already been purchased. Installation location is inside the house on the ground floor. House was built around 1999 and has timber flooring (unsure whether there is a concrete slab underneath). I have all materials onsite . Need a plasterer to hang a few ceiling sheets , stop and patch walls and damage , make it all presentable and sand ready for a paint . Nothing to fancy as it's just a warehouse . All tape, sheets ,stud adhesive , screws , all purpose buckets are on site . Need it done before next Weds

EDIT: NOW URGENT The internal door handle has been pulled out - photos added. Handle shows sign of damage so will need to be replaced. New photos added. The front swinging door to our Commercial gym needs new hinges and perhaps an additional hinge. The door is the main entrance to the facility and is used constantly. It also supports the latch technology to allow 24/7 entry. The current hinges are on their last legs (to be replaced) but I also think that a third hinge would secure the heavy door for the future.
