We have a room at the back of our shed that we would like to make into a nice space for a gym. To do: Remove old carpet (not stuck to floor just laying on top of concrete). Remove old sheeting and resheet walls with easy craft VJ panels. Remove old ceiling and resheet & insulate. Seal and cover old shed door so watertight. Remove and seal old air con unit so watertight. Happy for someone to recommend and be creative in this space. We will pay additionally for materials and can do painting, tip loads etc. We can help with removal and labour. Size of floor is approx 6m long by 2.9m wide and about 2.8m high at highest point. Would like this done before mid Julyish.
