Broken water pipe repair along fence

Installation of a wall anchor into a thick cement wall in a parking basement (easy access to working area). There is a power point, but will require long extension cord. The wall anchor and screws will be provided.

External leading door. Wooden door on wooden frame. Water damage has caused hinge to come off. Needs to be reinforced and repaired.

Install the door lock on the three-bedroom doors. I will provide the locks

Screws have popped out of the hinge on the lid of an ottoman. Need to screw back in and tighten the two other hinges.

Install x3 signs in Home Base Subiaco after 5pm. Needs to be done tonight or tomorrow night. We have two guys holding it but you need to make sure they installed correctly. If you have stud finder that will help. Signs goes in those white spaces just below ceiling. We have x2 ladders and x2 guys.
