Tasks in a 2 bedroom + 2 bathroom apartment 200 metres from Parramatta Station, near the Parramatta Public School. Apartment is vacant and access is available 24/7. Parking on-site and there are lifts. Bunnings Rydalmere is 4km away, about a 10 min drive. SKIRTING - You will source, match, and supply skirting - Approx 10 metres of water-damaged skirting to be replaced (2 types) - Dispose of old skirting CURTAIN ROD - Reattach an Ikea curtain rod+holder that has fallen from the ceiling - Will need to be able to drill into concrete TOILETS - Fix 1 toilet seat (non-ensuite) - Supply and replace 1 push button on cistern (ensuite) BATHROOM - Supply and replace shower seal strip (ensuite) TRANSPORT - Move some remaining items (including a double mattress) to a nearby location (2km away) - It should all fit in 1 ute tray load Skirting, cistern button, and shower seal strip costs will be paid by me - please provide receipts. No cleaning required as there will be a deep clean after works are done. I would like someone who can complete this job ASAP in the next few days. Just wanting things done with minimal fuss and efficiency so someone with initiative and is resourceful would be great.
