Small internal brown brick wall needs to be painted entirely with light coloured paint. I’ve got the paint and brushes, you will need to ensure all the cracks and brick faces are thoroughly painted over. Only 3m x 3m area. Hang two shelves with brackets on inside kitchen wall. Will need to bring tools for drilling into brick walls

Repairing plaster and cornice, manhole. Have removed old light fittings, some rails for blinds and plaster has come off. Dodgy looking manhole and cornice around it.

Door needs fixing, small hole the door will need to be taken off to be fixed and returned by Tuesday the 9th please!

We’ve started installing a Patio Link Dog Door but need a bit of extra help to finish the job. The installation requires some metal cutting and drilling, which is beyond our tools/skill level. Looking for someone with the right experience and equipment to: • Cut metal where needed • Drill and secure the dog door properly • Ensure a neat and secure fit We have the door and most of the installation done—just need a hand with the tricky bits. Requiring several jobs to be completed around home. 1. Fixing of inside door latch (handle has been replaced but latch is missing. See photos 2. Replacement of simple door handle in bathroom (no lock required, new door handle has been purchased) 3. Taking down a hanging planter from outside patio (ladder required). Otherwise straightforward task, not heavy 4. Removal of wall hanger sticker from inside wall (ladder required). Sticker just peels off. 5. Pressure hose outside decking. Small area 3x4m. The decking is in good condition, no major marks or soiled areas. Eko deck so need to use a fan spray nozzle, no greater than 2000psi and maintain a minimum of 30cm from the decking boards to avoid damage
