I need an experienced solid plasterer/rendering professional to repair the outside face of an existing oven recess in my kitchen. The inside of the recess is NOT being plastered and will remain exposed brick. The work is to repair the damaged areas around the opening, including the sides and top, build up/level the surface where required, and finish it flush with the existing wall and smooth/ready for painting. This is an older brick/masonry wall, so I’m specifically looking for someone experienced with solid plaster/render repairs over brick, rather than someone who mainly does plasterboard. Materials to be included in the price. Photos attached. The job is ready to be completed now. Please provide a quote and, ideally, examples of similar brick/masonry plaster repair work you’ve completed.

We have recently changed our ceiling lights to Downlights and there is holes where the original light fittings are and they need repairing/ fixing up/ plastering. There is a man hole to get into the roof space as well. We are also going to remove the extractor fan in the kitchen prior to this date so will require the hole to be filled as well. Looking at it there are going to 7 light hole fittings that need repairing and the extractor fan hole. The holes don’t look massive however I’ve attached a few photographs and the holes aren’t that big but would suggest the biggest hole would be from the extractor fan. Ideally I would like this done on Friday 7 August but there is scope to do it on Saturday 8 or Sunday 9 if that works?

I have 3 pieces of art to hang in my house some gyp some brick walls some brick. Aprox 10 kilos each

Build 1 x Absco garden shed adjacent to carport as shown in photos. We are settling on the property tomorrow 10/7 and concrete is being poured 11/7. We’ll likely need 14 days for that to cure so we are flexible on the required date. So aiming for weekend of 25/26 July at the earliest for you to build the shed. My coffee machine pressure keeps going too high and coffee doesn’t come out. I’ve tried de scaling, and changing grind sizes / measure, not nothing works, dial goes in black bit shown and no coffee comes out, suspected issue with pressure valve.

Looking for an experienced handyman/carpenter to supply and install sealing trim to an existing internal sliding door to reduce sound transfer between rooms. Door is already installed and operational. Job will likely involve fitting perimeter seals/brush seals (head, jamb and possibly floor seal) suitable for a sliding door. Please quote including materials and labour. Experience with door sealing preferred.

Assemble EasyShed 3x 0.78m plus attach to concrete pad with fixings (supplied).

Hinge is also damaged, but no urgency on the hinge. Dimensions in photos. Size 80" x 32" or 2032 x 813mm is standard, but this looks a tad wider at 817mm. Height definitely 80'. Uppper hinge centre is 170-270mm from top of door Lower hinge centre is 180-280mm from bottom of door Handle hole is 1010mm from bottom of door. Painting can be done by you or others.

1. Fix a plastic barrier and mulch small area. 2. Put a little mulch in a pot. 3. Sweep and remove a small amount of leaves 4. Install a lock box 5. Install 3 paintings (two small and light, 1 medium sized). 6. Secure shelving that is coming away from a wall. 7. Replace a door handle with a lockable one.
