Hi everyone, Just seeing if anyone here is a handyman or can recommend someone reliable. I’ve got a few small maintenance tasks around the house and I’m looking to get a reasonable quote. I’m currently living in the property but will be renting it out in the next couple of months — so if things go well, there may be more ongoing work too. 1 - Side gate not closing due to brick wall movement - remove wooden paling, cut gate to reduce width, weld back together, reinstate paling 2 - Remove or repair two small side gates (whichever option is cheaper) 3 - Bathroom door not closing - possibly whack frame and create space, otherwise sand door, touch up and refix 4 - Fix and tighten hinges to garage cupboards (small jobs) 5 - Fix kickboard in kitchen 6 - sand and repaint front door 7 - Dishwasher, not level (top cutlery drawer sliding out) 8 - Replace sliding door handles with new handles with a lock barrel

1.Minor repairs on the walls due to screws and paint on the area, 2.paint of a few walls where there is patch work already done, 3.1 powder room door replacement, 1 walk in robe door replacement, 4. 1 door handle of the built in robe to be repaired/ replaced, repair work on colour bond fence door ( nut bolt to be put in & door adjustment), 5. 2x small repairs on skirting & paint on it.
